For over 25 years my life’s work has evolved around helping others. My area of expertise is addiction. As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADAC II), I treat individuals with substance use disorders. I am a solution-focused counselor. I want to get to the root of the problem and help individuals heal their mind, body, and spirit. There is no cure for the disease of addiction, however there are solutions. It is possible to change behavior and create a life full of happiness. Learning to shift the focus off of the problem and onto the solution is my specialty. Becoming aware and willing is the first step. I aim to meet you where you are and will suggest solutions for healthy daily living.
